1. Introduction
Welcome to VQI App ("App"), provided by VQI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility
The VQI App is intended for use by VQI members who are part of various VQI regional groups. You must create an account to access the App. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will maintain its accuracy.

3. Account Registration & Security
a. You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
c. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the App
The App provides information relevant to VQI regional groups and is for informational purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purposes;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
Modify, adapt, or hack the App.

5. Privacy Policy
We collect and store only your email address for account management purposes. We do not share your data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data collection and usage.

6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We may also terminate the App’s availability at any time.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.
